I am almost done with my 6 months of day shift...on to 6 months of graveyards.
I did enjoy days, I learned a lot and met some great people.
In the mornings on my break, which was way to early to call my family, I would leave the building...
climb the stairs to the parking garage...
walk around the top of the parking garage and enjoy the beauty of the morning. (I wish I would have had my nice camera, these were taken with my phone.) It was so peaceful early in the morning, the leaves were changing and the sun was rising. Views from the top of the parking garage next to the jail.
I do miss seeing the hot air balloons in the early morning...what a beautiful sight.
Take time to enjoy the scenery, there is beauty all around.
