While we were at my sister Cindy's house we decided it would be fun to drive an hour to Wyoming Downs and bet the ponies for the day. We had a fun drive going up the canyon and on to Wyoming. We get to the horse races and Matt bets on a horse to show...he wins...$29.80 on that horse. Wendi bet the same horse but she bet it to win and lost. Great start for Matt.

Watching the race down by the track and upclose. During the races they had an accident and a horse broke its leg and through the jockey. It was really sad, they took the jockey to the hospital and had to put the horse down.
All in all we had a great time. After the races we also stopped at Phantom Fireworks, we were going to get some fireworks but were afraid to take them into Utah. They are illegall in Utah and we didn't know where we could set them off. Oh well.
