Pete had is heart attack.

The memories of that day are so scary but we are so blessed.

We have worked so hard this year to make healthy changes in our lives.

We have both lost 30 pounds and are still making changes.

It has not been easy but it has been worth it.

I thank my Heavenly Father everyday for keeping Pete here with me.

I am so blessed to have him in my life.

I love you PJ!!!
